Production Bakery Team Leader
Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Bakery Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality and consistency. Leading a team in a fast-paced environment. As a Production Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production facility, ensuring that all products are made and presented to the highest standards, and that the team is working efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for training and developing team members, managing inventory, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed. The Production Bakery Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive work environment, and for ensuring that all products meet Luci Mae’s stringent consistent quality. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
· Oversee daily production bakery operations
· Direct the work of Team Members
· Ensure all products meet quality standards
· Train and develop team members
· Manage production inventory and order/request supplies
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment
· Work closely with the retail store for product forecasting
· Help Develop and implement standard operating procedures
· Provide performance feedback to team members and senior management
· Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned
· Manage staff schedules and time off requests
· Foster a positive and productive work environment
· Participate in potential employee interviews
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Production Bakery Manager or similar role
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations
· Ability to train and develop team members
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
· Experience with inventory management

· Experience with baking equipment and machinery
